Wikiquote is mostly made up of these two: quotes about a subject (e.g. Pohon, Finlandia, Pandemi COVID-19), or quotes from a person or a group of people (e.g. Martin Luther King, Jr., Peribahasa Banjar).

People will usually have to be notable or famous enough for an article to be made on them, and usually their quotes will be notable, although the rules for this are very loose. Be bold, though! dibbydib 25 Juni 2020 23.51 (UTC)
